Lichfield has been chosen as the 1st Swim House . The site Includes:-Ample free parking. 25m  pool with diving blocks & Viewing gallery. Dry Pool Fitness Studio,  Restaurant, Kitchen, Selfie zones    Retail Wall

This illustration shows the basic setup in the

 the Vulcan road site. The pool is designed to maximise the swimmers learning experience at all ages and abilities. We have invested in the latest technology to take learning of all swimmers from babies to Olympians  to swim to the next level.

All of our swimmers are fitted with with their water proof had set before they enter the water. The headset allows our coaches to give instant feed back directly to the individual swimmer, which in turn speeds up their learning process.  

The Dry Pool fitness studio is the 1st of its kind in the UK. A swim specific HiiT  workout space with 13 activity zones.

All of our swimmers start in the Dry Pool where one of our qualified coaches will take your through a warm up that gets your muslces ready to swim.

For the more accomplished swimmer Dry pool land training sessions revolve around the Vasa Swimming Erg (basically a rowing machine you can swim on)  & TRX  The Vasa is the go to piece of training kit for Triathletes and serious swimmers.

Our team is made up of highly trained and experienced coaches & teachers, some have even coached at International level. At Swim House we provide an innovative blend of coaching with the latest swim technology.  

Our pools are designed to offer athletes and elite sportsmen the facilities to enhance their training experience .Practice Diving , Stroke Technique , Turns . in our medium and large format pools.

Whilst our camera system  Provides Professional Coaches and Elite Athletes with the World’s Leading Swimming Video Analysis Technology to help swim stroke correction and improve swim stroke definition and swimming technique. We are also able to capture on video your babies 1st strokes .
